What I Offer
By appointment only but you do not need a referral.
My lived experience I have travelled and lived in 4 countries and developed a deeper understanding about the value of difference and how to work with it. I also value diversity, creativity, resilience and the importance of community, connection and belonging. A small caring circle of people we can trust and who trust us can go a long way for our sense of self, purpose and meaning in the world.
My therapy approach
I am relational, collaborative, inclusive and culturally-sensitive. My approach seeks to integrate attachment, systemic and complex trauma-informed practices in working with life transitions, loss and grief therapy. Our philosophy of life and lived experiences intersect with gender, identity, race, culture, sexuality and faith issues. I seek to provide a safe and confidential space to explore your questions, concerns and difficulties.
My supervisory approach is based on systemic, reflective practice that aims to improve your client outcomes, support your professional skills at your creative growing edge and engage with clients as part of our shared humanity.

Focusing developed by Eugene Gendlin
- With "Focusing," we invite ourselves into a certain kind of awareness. In our everyday lives, most of us spend a great deal of our time with our attention on tasks or issues. Many of us ignore or even try to silence our inner, bodily-felt experiencing of all that is happening in our lives. In contrast, the "Focusing attitude" is an invitation we offer ourselves to be open and centered on the whole of what is happening in the present -- most especially the usually-ignored body’s inner sensations. When doing Focusing, you silently ask, “How is the whole of me experiencing all of this?”
